Northtown Lighting gladly accepts returns within 30 days of in-store pickup or delivery with an original receipt or invoice. Some items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee or may be marked non-returnable on your receipt. Lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and related products must be in resalable condition, in the original packaging, and must not have been installed.

Changes or cancellations may only be made to Special Orders prior to the order being placed with the manufacturers. Changes or cancellations of Special Orders after they have been placed with the manufacturers are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Special orders and clearance items are non-returnable and will be marked as such on your receipt.
